There will be no rescheduling allowed within 24 hours of your activity. If you miss your activity for any reason and would like to reschedule, you will be assessed a 100% charge of the full activity cost.
All of our rentals have a general time limit of 4 hours. We’re fine with extending this for you at no charge, but from our many years of doing this, the average customer never goes more than 4 hours. The sun and fun always wears you out more than you think it will. The earliest orders can be delivered is 9am, and all rentals need to be picked up by 6pm

The more advance notice you give us, the more likely you are to get what you want, when you want it. We encourage you to make reservations when possible.
We have a $50 order minimum, if your order total is less, you may be subject to a delivery fee depending on the time and location of your order.
One of our reservation staff members will take your name and cell phone number in order for our delivery drivers to be able to contact you for a smooth drop off. We will also need your credit card number, and expiration date that will be processed at the end of the business day back at our offices. We do not accept cash.
We always recommend customers check the ocean and beach safety warnings from the Hawaii Lifeguard Association webpage. We are very up to date on what conditions are like around the island, but we aren’t familiar with your particular abilities, hence we encourage you to check as well.
